About this Garden Plan
Welcome to our new Mini-Allotment! We applied for and received funds from Glasgow City Council's Local Area Budget to build a Mini-Allotment and Wildlife Garden in our all tarmac playground which had no green areas. Each class now has their own vegetable patch to look after and every child has planted some vegetables or flowers. This year we are all trying "Square Foot Gardening". We hope our parents and carers are going to give it a try at home once we show them how easy it is! We also have a fabulous Wildlife Garden and Pond built in raised beds and are hoping to attract lot's of wildlife so we can study them.
